The Imani Way offers holistic sessions, including but not limited to embodiment-based bodywork, energetic and intuitive insight sessions, group offerings, and digital content. These services are intended to support self-awareness, embodiment, and personal insight.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. Clients remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

3. Eligibility
By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

4. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked through the website or agreed channels and are payable in advance via the available payment methods. Bookings are considered confirmed only once full payment has been received.
Prices are listed in CHF unless stated otherwise. The Imani Way reserves the right to adjust prices or offerings at any time.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

6. Contraindications & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant physical, psychological, or medical conditions prior to the session. An initial consultation may be used to clarify suitability and potential contraindications.
Participation in sessions is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, audio material, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Imani Way unless otherwise stated. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
