This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by The Imani Way. By booking a session or purchasing any offering, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Sessions & Appointments
All 1:1 sessions and group offerings are paid in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling or, where applicable, a refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

Once a session has taken place, no refunds are issued.
This policy reflects the time, preparation, and energetic commitment reserved for each client.

3. Digital Products
​
Digital products, including but not limited to guides, recordings, or downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
​
Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at the sole discretion of The Imani Way in exceptional circumstances. Any such decision does not set a precedent for future cases.
