Holosomatic Bodywork® - breath, body and energy work

This Holosomatic Bodywork® session combines breathwork with somatic movement and energy work, for a holistic approach to how we regenerate, heal, and regulate. You don't need any prior experience for this workshop - you're only invited to come with an open heart and a curious mind. The duration of the session will be approximately 1.5 - 2 hours with before and after care. We will start with an introduction to this work, the breathing techniques we will use (conscious connected breathing), and go over any questions you might have. The session itself is 1 hour long with a thorough integration and an optional sharing circle at the end. You can expect to leave this session afterwards knowing that you can easily drift off into a beautiful sleep, knowing that nothing else needs your attention at that moment, leaving lighter and more supported to take on the rest of your week.
