EMBODIMENT EXPERIENCE - A New Year Ceremony for Your Future Self

What if, instead of beginning the year with a list of things to achieve, you began by meeting the person you are becoming?

January has a particular way of making us look ahead.

We think about what we want to change, what we want to accomplish and what we hope will be different by this time next year. We make plans, set intentions and imagine versions of our lives that don't exist yet.

But there is another way to approach the beginning of a new year.

This January's Embodiment Experience is a New Year ceremony for your future self. An evening combining somatic practice, breathwork, intuition, visualisation and reflection, culminating in a letter that you will write to yourself one year from now.

We will begin with the body.
